2 – How long does your delivery time take?
The delivery time varies according to different brands and models. You need to ask the customer service staff for the specific delivery time. Some popular models are in stock, and the delivery time of unpopular models and special process models is estimated to be 3-6 months.
3 – How long is your warranty time and warranty coverage?
The default warranty time of the robot is one year. The key components of the body and control cabinet are within the warranty scope; electrical basic components such as plugs and circuit breakers are consumable parts and are not within the warranty scope.
4 – Do you have any other services?
